Responsibilities
Source for suppliers and Sub-contractors for quotations / tendering .
Preparing BQ, Measurement and Progress Claim .
Assist Project Manager with other duties as may be required from time to time .
Requirements
Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent.
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in construction related industry .
Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines .
Flexible , detailed and good organisation and planning skills .
